It's official: tomorrow we go to court to make the adoption happen! Our court time is 3:00, so it will be a long wait during the day. Please wish us luck, and keep us in your thoughts and prayers. More after the court hearing.

So happy that things are moving forward. We've been home for 7 weeks with our 10 year old daughter. Adopting an older child has incredible blessings. I pray that things continue to move along so you can get home and begin your life together. What an awesome thing you are doing for this brother and sister! PS - Don't know what your school situation is - but PUSH for ESL assistance! Some school districts readily offer it - with others you need to "help" them a little!!!
